#1.In my opinion the reason that Max lays down and cries under his bed is because he had just experienced something that made him happier than he had ever been before.

I think this because people will think of you or judge you normally by the way you judge yourself, for example if you are not confident in yourself and you think that you can not do something then everyone around won’t have confidence in you either causing them to believe that you can’t do it .

1. In my opinion he does that because he has just made a friend and I think this is his first friend. Also in the end of the chapter he says that he had never been this happy before.
2.In my opinion it will because he thinks that he is dumb and that makes him not want to learn. That then makes other people think that he is dumb as well. In my opinion other peoples opinions might affect us in how we feel about ourselves because it will make other people not like you and you won't have any fiends. I think that is what happened to Max because he said that he was really happy when he and Freak became friends and I think that is his first friend.

This is my opinion because in the book Freak thinks he is the boss of the so-called “beards” so he is bossing them around. This makes the “beards” think he is an annoying little brat. In my opinion the way others opinions effect the way we think about ourselves. This is my opinion this because in the book the grandparents are talking. Then the grandmother says, “Shh, little pictures have big ears,” because Max is listening. After that, Max runs to the mirror to see if he has big ears. This makes Max think he is a butthead.

1. At the end of chapter, “ Spitting Image” In my opinion when Max lies down to go to bed he cries because when he went to eat dinner at Freaks house he has so much fun and was so happy, happier than he ever was before. So because Max was so happy he cried of joy. I also think a little bit of his crying was sadness because the Fair Gwen was talking about how his father is in prison so he started to think about him and miss him.
2. In my opinion our opinions does affect the way other people think of us because if somebody is confident and feels good about them people will probably like that person but if you don’t really feel good about yourself people probably won’t like you. For an example in the book Freak the Mighty Max doesn’t feel good about himself so Freak doesn’t really think Max is smart. Other’s opinions of us do affect how we feel about ourselves because if your best friend calls you dumb you probably wouldn’t feel good about yourself, it would affect you. For an example in the book it says that the Fair Gwen was scared of Max because he’s tall so that affected him and made him think like he’s some kind of weirdo or freak.

A 1. In my opinion I think that Max started crying because he misses having a mom and dad. Unlike Freak who at least has a mom to take care of him.

Our opinions should not affect what other people think about us because you should always get to know the person first like Freak's mom was scared of him at first but then he got to know him and started to like him. Others opinions should not matter because if someone says something about you that isn't true at you know it is not true.

2. In my opinion if we think of ourselves werid or stupid we might act werid or stupid so others would think we were werid or stupid. Also if someone thinks of us as dumb we would feel bad or think to your self "You know I really am dumb." One example from the book is since Max is made fun of since he is big or stupid as some people call him Max might think differently of himself which makes people that don't fun of him see that he is being made fun of and they might pick on him.

A. In my opinion my thought to why when Max lied down to go to sleep and started to cry is he had never had such a good time and had never experienced as much fun that he had that night so he got overwhelmed.
b. In my opinion our opinions about ourselves change how people treat us because if you act like you are not good people may mimic you and treat you bad too. For example on page 20 Max thought The Fair Gwen was scared of Max because she took Kevin and ran home with him.

1. I believe that when Max goes under the bed and cries it is because he never had been so happy, probably in his whole entire life! Freak is really his only friend. For the first time ever, he actually enjoyed himself.
2. In my opinion what people think about themselves completely makes other people think differently about that person. For example, Max thinks he is a “butthead”, so he sort of acts like a “butthead”, or really makes himself sound like a “butthead”, so people might think it’s true. He might act stupid because he thinks he’s stupid. I also believe that other people’s opinions do affect the way you act because say someone said you were bad at baseball. 1. In my opinion Max lay down under the bed and cried in chapter 4 because he was so happy to have some one to talk to and because he had never been so happy in his life befor.

In my opinion your opinion afects other peoples opinion about you.this is my opinion because in chapter 2 , Freak thought of him self as an impotan figure and a leader so he bossed the movers around. This makes the movers thnk he is abossy little boy with a bad atatued. Also in my opinion other peoples opinions change your opinionabout your self. One example of this is in chapter 1 when Max says that he has been called "stupid" "slow" and other crule names. This makes Max think he is a "Butt head". This is why this is my opinion.

1. In my opinion I think Max crieds in bed at night because he hasn't had a nice caring friend in a long time. Also I think that it must hurt to have been made fun of.
2. In my opinion it does affect the way people think about you if you don't think well about your self like how Max feels that he is butthead then people will think that. So that is why it is important to not think bad about yourself.

2. Our opinions affect others because someone might always say that they are a “butthead” everyday. Eventually people probably will start to think that that person is a “butthead” even if he was a smart guy. This sort of relates to the book because he kept on calling himself a “butthead” me as the reader started to think that he was a “butthead” but he actually was a smart guy.
